The OAME 2008 Conference will be held at the Sheraton Parkway North, in Richmond Hill. It is conveniently located on Highway 7, near Highway 404. Plenty of indoor and outdoor parking spaces are available.

Accommodations:

Accommodations are not provided by the conference committee and is not part of the online registration system. However, links are available from the Accommodation page so that attendees can arrange their own.

Dining:

The Sheraton Parkway North has two onsite dining options - Crave and Spirits. Other restaurants are close by.

Registration Desk:

The registration desk will be open during the following hours (subject to change, please check again closer to the conference date):

Thursday, May 8:   8:00am to 5:00pm
Friday, May 9:        8:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday, May 10: 8:00am to 11:00am

At the indicated times above you may pick up your conference package at the registration desk. Admission to sessions is by registration only. If you have not pre-registered, check the registration desk for available sessions.

Social Events:

The OAME Awards Banquet will take place on the evening of Friday May 10, 2008. It will be held at Premiere Banquet Hall in Richmond Hill. Cocktails will commence at 5:30pm, followed by dinner. See the Hospitality Events page for details of social events being held on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Parking:

Both indoor and outdoor parking is available on-site. The following is a map of the parking lots.
